Yes. We can pack fragile items only, a few rooms or the whole home, and supply boxes and wrapping.

Keep documents, medicines, jewellery, chargers and keys with you rather than on the van. Pack a first night box with the kettle, bedding and toiletries.

Yes. Tell us when you ask for a quote and we will take apart and rebuild the items that need it.

We give a 3-hour arrival time slot, so you know when to expect the crew.

Yes, as long as the loft has a fitted loft ladder and boarding. Without both it is not safe for the crew to work up there.

Tell us about parking at both addresses when you book. On narrow terraced streets or permit zones, we plan where the van can stop before the day.

We can, but sheds and outdoor furniture are quoted separately from the house contents, so mention them when you ask for a quote.

We hold public liability insurance of £1,000,000. Goods in transit cover of up to £50,000 per vehicle load is available to buy.

Cancelling more than 72 hours before the move carries no charge, apart from any materials or set-up costs already incurred. Call us as early as you can.
